The Second Pinnacle is calculated by adding the reduced value of the birth day to the reduced value of the birth year.
Master Numbers (11, 22, 33) and Karmic Debt Numbers (13/4, 14/5, 16/7, 19/1) should be retained only if that convention is used consistently throughout the numerological portrait.
